Satan has the ability of the Vigormortis and Lord of Typhon so they have an extra minion and the outsider count is arbitrary, they kill like the Lord of Typhon but everybody knows they have the Vigormortis` ability, they choose to kill one of their minions on Night 3 and that minion keeps their ability and poisons a Townsfolk Neighbor.
