From the factions of evil’s effect on Gotham. A new evil has arisen, a new breed of villain. You cover the darkened streets cautiously. You look at a shop television covering the new mayor being sworn in, when a news alert sends the programming across to a master assassin who has killed several prominent figures. You feel something move past you in the shadows sending a chill down your spine. Then the television cuts out and comes to on a person in an electrical chair crying, as you hear a maniacal cackle in the background of the shot. Before someone taps you on the shoulder, and a pink cloud sets you at ease. You look at the lady who says `Hello sugar` with their sultry yet some how evil smile. Can you save Gotham from the demon once more?
